A boutique winery, Okunota Winery in Yamanashi produce wines by low intervention. The owner, Masakazu Nakamura believes that to produce excellent wines is not only vinification but also viticulture, therefore he tries to grow grapes by organic method as much as he can although the vineyards are not certified organically. Its natural and pure wine will give you surely pleasure.
